Q. What do you mean by risk sharing?
In essence, risk-sharing means that BCIP takes full responsibility for obtaining the results that matter to your business. Our fee structure has been built in such a way that up-front costs are minimized, and the client typically only pays for our services once the growth has been achieved .
Q. What do you mean by Sales Practitioner?
A sales practitioner is an experienced individual who actively develops business on behalf of your company. They are in effect a high-value and experienced sales resource that sells your products or services on your behalf.
Q. Will BCIP replace my existing Sales team?
Some clients ask BCIP to act as their sales force, but in the majority of cases we work alongside your existing resources, and focus on separate agreed segments of your target market. In addition our experienced sales managers can also develop your own teams to a much higher level of capability through our on-demand Sales Director services.
Q. How do I replicate the methods that BCIP uses within my own company?
BCIP understands that most clients wish to build lasting growth and value into their businesses. We have therefore developed our ‘Subtena’ solution that will build in the exact same processes that BCIP uses into your organisation.
Q. Do I have to pay large consultancy fees up front?
There are typically some small up-front costs associated with most client engagements, but in general we structure our fees on a ‘pay by results’ basis, as we understand that many businesses cannot afford to employ experienced sales personnel, especially if they are in an early phase of the business.
Q. What do you mean by ‘on-demand’ services?
As the term implies, BCIP offers both sales execution and sales management resources as required to businesses. This takes away the concern of many clients of entering into long term contracts, especially in uncertain market conditions.
Q. What does ‘growing organically’ mean?
‘Growing organically’ is the process by which a business grows its revenue ‘naturally’, i.e. not by acquisition
